Information Security Director establishes and administers the overall strategies and procedures for the information security function. Develops and implements information security and disaster recovery programs in accordance with organizational information security standards. Being an Information Security Director evaluates information risk on a regular time schedule and promotes information security awareness within the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Information Security Director typically reports to top management. The Information Security Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Information Security Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     • Creates Professionally-Detailed Project Management Plans: Scope, Timeline, Budget, Procurement, Communication, Resource, Change, Risk and Stakeholder, to successfully set up the project for successful execution.
    • Knowledge of Standard Project Management Practices & Methodologies: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a minimum requirement. Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent, is required to be complete within 1 year of service.
    • Strong Project Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Budget Management (Cost Management), Communication Management, Purchasing Management, Resource Management, Change Management, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management skills are required.
    • Proven Ability to manage several high-level projects at a time, both technical and non-technical.
    • Knowledge and experience using Project Management Software: Microsoft Project (MS Project) is required. Experience using one or more Agile Project Management Tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps is preferred. Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) is also preferred.
    • Knowledge and experience using video-conferencing software such as Webex, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom is necessary.
