The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm; and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The Department of Information Services and Technology (IS&T) supports student success through strategic information technology partnerships with the entire university community. The Project Management Office (PMO) defines and maintains standards for project management within the project portfolio, establishes and implements best practices and standards related to project management, planning, and execution, and serves as a central hub for project documentation, guidance, and success metrics.
The AV/IT Technician provides excellent customer service and technical support to faculty, staff, and students for a variety of technology solutions, including audio visual presentation systems both wired and wireless, collaboration tools, videoconferencing tools, lecture capture technologies, digital signage, computer hardware, printers, software, and connectivity to the university network (hard wired and wireless) on the Philadelphia campus.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate AV and IT technical knowledge, AV & IT troubleshooting experience, end-user training experience and excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
