We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft E5, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), Zscaler, and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect our organization's sensitive information and assets.
Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our organization's IT infrastructure, data, and systems.
Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Threat Detection and Response: Implement advanced threat detection and response mechanisms to identify and mitigate security threats in real-time.
Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) by implementing appropriate security controls and measures.
Incident Management: Lead incident response efforts in the event of security breaches or incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers, ensuring that their solutions align with our security requirements and standards.

Qualifications:
Experience with migrating global remote users from VPN to Zero trust SSE solution for secure internet & private app access Experience with managing Microsoft Azure & ExpressRoute hybrid networks, 365 E5 features: Entra ID/Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint.
Experience managing global SD-WAN network connecting Mainland China, East Asia, USA & EU office & factory sites.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management roles, with a focus on cybersecurity.
Proficiency in Microsoft E5, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Zscaler, and SASE technologies.
Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.
