Coordinates closely with marketing and field sales to gather insights and understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Being an Inside Sales Manager develops sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. Provides appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Manager trains and coaches staff in selling and relationship-building skills needed to grow and maintain sales pipelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Inside Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Able to work Daytime Monday through Friday and at least one Saturday a month (8am – Noon) Job Description: This position would be responsible for providing excellent customer service support. Work as part of a team as one of the main contacts with customers at the dealership. Major Responsibilities: * Provides customer service to customers by telephone, email and in person. Work may involve problem solving, answering questions, coordinating service schedules and assisting sales department. * Processing customer transactions and financing options. * Perform duties including data entry, updating website information, updating/managing calendars, able to take complete and detailed phone messages. * Managing dealership software. Working with others and the ability to share and designate duties is a must for this position. Proficient computer skills and organization is needed for this position.
