POSITION SUMMARY --
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for general and specific tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes through account management and data analyzation. This position requires the following functions in order to meet customers’ needs: sales, expediting, quoting, sourcing, purchasing and quality assurance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT --
This job is held in both office and manufacturing/warehouse environments, which requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Facilities may be cooler during winter and warmer during summers, considering temperature is not always regulated. Moderate to loud noises will be experienced. One may also be exposed to grease from many parts that are handled.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS --
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. While the position is largely sedentary, filing and face-to-face customer visits are occasionally required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The employee may also be required to lift up to 40 pounds and be on their feet to perform job duties.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK --
This is a full-time position with days and hours of work from Monday through Friday on an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm schedule. Occasional late evening and weekend work may be required as the job demands, specifically for prioritization of certain customer needs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE --
High school diploma with 5 years of fastener experience with Wurth, or a business related associates degree with seven years of technical sales experience, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS --
Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of fastener, industrial or technical sales experience
Proven track record of sales achievement
