Inside Sales Representative is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative with BrandSafway, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to Sales Leadership, Customers, and insights into various end markets. This role offers the potential for full-time employment and advancement within the company. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid technical and analytical skills. Inside Sales Rep. will report to MI Director of Business Strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Verify project-specific details, utilizing diverse data sources, and identify potential customers.
- Take proactive measures to reach potential clients through cold calling and emails.
- Assist in developing a market plan for local customers and update monthly sales report metrics.
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for local transactions.
- Support lead-to-opportunity dispositioning for local customers.
- Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, new projects, and emerging markets and proactively keep the region leadership team informed.
- Assist the regional sales lead with monthly Salesforce.com reporting, dashboards, etc.
- Filter and distribute leads to respective Branch Managers and Sales Reps.
- Proactively utilize available databases to target companies/contacts for transactional customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:- High school Diploma - College preferred, but not required.
- Keen interest in market analysis, with a curiosity for understanding industry trends and dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating under the supervision of Sales Leadership Team.
- Eagerness to learn about business development strategies and contribute to their implementation.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling for effective client engagement.
