As an Inside Sales Representative, you help us achieve our department goals and build revenue for our company. You have an innate ability to develop relationships with clients and you spend your day negotiating and closing deals. By actively listening to our customers, you are able to find the best possible solutions for their comfort needs and sell them the right products and services. You take initiative by making outbound calls to leads not sold in the field and do all you can to close the deal. Establishing a good rapport with new and potential customers, you get them excited about our company and encourage them to spread the word. Helping to keep us organized, you maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. You love the opportunities you have to participate in training and grow as a sales professional. You feel great seeing your hard work reflected in your paycheck!
