Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will report directly to the Office Manager and be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. You will work closely with our Office Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect and qualify leads to generate new sales opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospects via phone and email
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
* Negotiate and close sales in accordance with company guidelines
* Collaborate with Office Manager to identify and pursue new market opportunities
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI’s
* Be able to handle client rescheduling duties.
Requirements:
* Proven inside sales experience
* Strong phone presence and experience making calls
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Maid Central)
