Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     $60,000 - $80,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
    • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
    • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
    • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
    • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

    • Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message
    • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
    • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities
    • NO COLD CALLING- working with inbound warm leads generated from marketing
    • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
    • Convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments with OSAs (outside sales agents)
    • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
    • Comply with reporting requirements and deadlines
    • Follow all company policies and procedures in an effort to meet production goals
    • Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
    • Participate in regular training and education requirements
    • Support team initiatives and growth
    • Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback
    • Maintain a professional dress appearance
    • Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
    • Be punctual and dependable in regard to attendance
    • Maintain a positive attitude
    • Maintain an active Texas Real Estate license

    Qualifications:
    • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
    • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
    • 1 year of real estate sales experience
    • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

    • A Texas Real Estate License is required, if you are pursuing your license at this time, you are welcome to apply
    • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
    • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts
    • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
