Instructor - Educational Assessment teaches courses in the discipline area of educational assessment, testing, and measurement. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Educational Assessment provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Educational Assessment typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Our Program
Our team identifies and recruits migratory students/youth residing throughout Massachusetts and provide high quality supplemental and support services to students/youth ages 3-22. We work with parents and families to build their advocacy and leadership skills through workshops and active Parent Advisory Councils.
We work to establish and foster relationships with schools, community agencies, organizations and businesses to coordinate services, share information, and plan for migratory students/youth, in order to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of education and support services.
Site Based Instructors will engage elementary grade students in STREAM based projects while giving them the opportunity to practice English skills at an extended day summer enrichment program following their district program.
