Instructor - Electrical Engineering teaches courses in the discipline area of electrical engineering. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Electrical Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Electrical Engineering typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. What you will do: The Director of Engineering will lead the Engineering and Maintenance teams with responsibilities over all product lines (including rotating electrical, mechanical, electronics, and EV battery) and product launch, product and process engineering, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, quality systems, and warranty.
Qualifications/Skills Preferred:- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- At least ten years of related experience required.
- Extensive technical knowledge of engineering and product development.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to develop and implement solutions
- Excellent financial skills and ability to analyze financial data in an open book environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Preferred APQP or AIAG experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
