Being an Instructor - Law provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Law typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Compensation:$41,600 yearly
Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to clients.Establish and maintain customer relationships.Supports clients during the onboarding process.Promote cross-departmental communication.Work as a collaborative team member with Marketing and Intake teams and processes.Provide high-level technical and product support to clients and team members.Develop and implement an internal client success program that aligns with the firm’s goals.Provide feedback on customer service policies and practices.Reports any unusual activity to supervisors.Expedite client issues and requests with urgency as they relate to a client matter or the client’s relationship with the firm.Communicating the position’s deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the Operations Team.Conducting internal research to analyze CLIO, and to understand customer trends and behaviors by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data as it relates to the role.Support the Operations Team and Executives as needed.Qualifications:Impeccable customer service skillsKnowledge of best practices in customer service and retentionMaintain credible knowledge in the Family Law domain.Proficient with applicable software applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong aptitude for technical software productsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWell-versed in client retention strategiesOrganization skillsAnalytical data interpretation and visualization skillsExcellent time management skillsPrioritization and collaborative skillsGeneral computer knowledge and presentation softwareTwo years of college/university2 years of customer serviceHistory of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals.Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you.A constant drive to improve the experience of our clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"Customer empathy.
