Insurance Agent - Phone Sales & Service

Do you have a passion for helping others and a knack for building relationships? Are you comfortable working remotely and closing deals over the phone? If so, we want you on our team!

We are searching for a motivated and articulate Insurance Agent to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for both generating new business and providing exceptional service to our existing customer base – all remotely!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone consultations with potential customers to assess their insurance needs.
• Explain and present a variety of insurance products, highlighting the benefits that fit each customer's unique situation.
• Secure new insurance policies through effective communication and closing techniques, understanding that successful sales often require a collaborative effort with the customer.
• Provide ongoing customer service to existing policyholders, addressing questions, concerns, and changes to their coverage.
• Maintain accurate customer records and policy information within our computer system.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using a computer and various software programs.
• A valid state insurance license is mandatory.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
