We are currently seeking qualified applicants for an existing agency opportunity in Stanley, ND! Prior sales/customer service experience is a plus. The selected applicant will receive paid training, mentoring and financial support while they learn the business. Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or additional coverage

Qualifications:

- Obtained or willing to obtain ND Property/Casualty & Life/Health Insurance Licenses
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales, retail sales, outside sales, or telemarketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions
