Insurance Customer Service Representative jobs in Greenville, SC

Local Insurance Agency looking for customer service / sales agent. Ability to earn commissions and other incentives based on individual sales and team goals. Applicant would be part of a team that provides customized insurance programs to protect families and businesses, helping them meet their financial and life goals.

Duties-

• Answering phones and greeting customers in a friendly, helpful manner
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service will include policy changes, coverage inquiries, billing, claim submissions and follow up.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Effectively communicate with client via telephone, e-mail, text and face-to-face
• Listen to clients needs. Provide advice and direction regarding proper insurance coverage and options

Requirements-

Property & Casualty Insurance License (or must be able to obtain within training period).

Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, credit check, drug test and motor vehicle reports.
