If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $36,500 base salary and can earn at least an additional $12,000 in commission during their first year.

Experienced applicants start with a $40,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $16,000 in commission last year. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Bilingual English and Spanish(basic conversations only) is necessary.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Prior Sales Experience.

Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
