Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a client base through insurance sales and marketing efforts.
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Analyze client's current insurance policies and make recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure accurate and timely processing of policies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a similar role as an Insurance Producer.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities.

Pay: $50,155.00 - $78,358.71 per year
