Insurance Agency located in Parkersburg, WV is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a Sales Representative for the Morton-Burdette Insurance Group, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote and provide several Top Rated Insurance Carriers' products including auto, home, business, farm and life insurance. This position will be provided a Salary plus Commission/Bonus, with opportunity for growth within the agency. We offer a 401k plan with company match, paid vacation and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the principal agent to establish and meet agency goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations to current and potential customers
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (able to obtain, not required)
