Intake Coordinator jobs in Germantown, MD

The Counseling Center Group (CCG) is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Coordinator to help keep our organization running smoothly and efficiently. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for fielding inquiries and scheduling new patient appointments for the clinicians working at our various practice locations.

Relevant Experience:

• Knowledge of medical office/psychotherapy practice operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities include:

• Answering calls and emails from prospective and existing patients, and assisting with scheduling appointments
• Utilizing EMR software to keep track of patient appointments and billing
• Formatting and maintaining office forms and spreadsheets
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

The candidate should be self-sufficient and comfortable working autonomously to get things done quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.
