About Us:

At Activities of Daily Living Services we provide compassionate care and comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

• Schedule and conduct initial client screenings, assessments, and intake documentation.

*Collecting and verifying Client information and documentation.

• Coordinate with care teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and referral sources.

*Coordinate with other departments or service providers as needed.

*Communicate with insurance companies and referral sources for information needed for services to be rendered.

*Responding to client inquiries and providing information about the services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in personal care, behavioral health, or related fields is a plus.

• Proficiency in excel technology and computer skills.
