What We’re Doing
● Building and driving a pipeline of top candidates for all levels within our organization.
● Ideate and execute on innovative sourcing strategies, referral campaigns, and events.
● Optimize the Cabinet Selection Process to maximize efficiency
● Screen and qualify top talent
● Establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations
● Build candidate pipelines from the ground up for key roles
● Research and map out the talent pool in various backgrounds
● Track metrics to analyze candidate pipelines with leadership
● Be a subject matter expert in all things recruiting

Compensation: Target $60,000-$75,000 per year
Two Week Probation Period Guarantee of :$500 Per Week
$100 Per New Hire paid upon start date of new hire
$200 per new install each New Roofing Advisor makes that was recruited by recruiter
$10 per confirmed appointment from anyone recruiter had recruited
$ 100 per new roofing advisor that makes it past there 30 day probation training period
$100 for any group interview with 10 or more attendees.
$500 for any new roof referral that closes.
Example Path to Achieving Target comp per week:
5 new roofing advisors hired= $500 ( these are probation period RA)
3 active RA with one sale a week each = $600
10 people in attendance for the weekly Group interview= $100
1 inside sales person and 3 probation RA’s booked and confirmed 30 appts for approved RA’s= $300
Total weekly Comp- $1,500
