Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (possibly hybrid) role for a Recruiter at Illinois Oil Marketing Equipment, Inc. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will be involved in organizing job fairs, campus recruitment, and maintaining recruitment databases.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Interviewing, and Screening skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Experience in conducting job fairs and campus recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in recruitment software and databases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
