International Compliance Manager plans and directs the corporation's comprehensive ethics, business conduct and compliance activities for all international operations under senior management direction. Directs the development and implementation of processes, procedures and systems to meet the entities' compliance activities and reporting requirements. Being an International Compliance Manager oversees the organization's compliance risk management program to assess, prioritize and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks based on the standards of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines as related to the international operating units. Consults with and provides guidance and direction to the international operating company's senior executive in all aspects of the entity's ethics, business conduct and compliance program. Additionally, International Compliance Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The International Compliance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an International Compliance Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Title: International Benefits Manager

The International Benefits Manager is responsible for activities related to strategic design, planning, and compliance of benefits programs outside of North America. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, International Benefits, this role will be responsible for programs that support holistic wellbeing - financial, physical, emotional, and social - including health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leaves, time-off and perquisites.

    This individual will have responsibilities for managing and influencing vendor relationships to ensure we are getting the right level of service. Additionally, they will be collaborative with various department partners (ie. Legal, Procurement, HR, Finance) and have the ability to help influence benefit program decisions.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create new processes and evolve existing ones, navigating to make things better than the status quo. They will have strong project management skills and the ability to seamlessly toggle between long term planning and short term execution. They will have a strong financial acumen and contribute to overall management of budgets related to benefits outside North America.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide subject matter expertise, as well as project leadership and project management in all aspects of benefit programs, including but not limited to plan design, market data analysis, vendor analysis and selection
    • Support benefit program renewals and RFPs in alignment with benchmarking and industry trend analysis; monitor benefit programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and governance, and external legislation including compliance of all regional and country legislation
    • Complete market surveys, analyze internal and external market data and build into business case recommendations
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to gain insight and support benefit programs and offer recommendations
    • Manage ongoing relationships and strategic partnerships with global and local benefit brokers, vendors and third-party administrators
    • Maintain a schedule of benefits that identifies various components of all benefit programs provided throughout the company and ensure up to date documentation
    • Prepare executive summaries of renewals, benefit plan performance, recommendations to present to stakeholders and management team, as applicable; additionally support employee benefits communication efforts to ensure awareness, education and understanding (including written communications, meetings when needed, presentations)
    • Partner with HR Hup Ops and provide strategic support for operations and overall benefits delivery and process principles; manage requests and escalations from various regions
    • Support global projects and programs focused mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, assessment and integration
    • Manage Global Benefits COE budget and billing, including but not limited to GBM and consultant fees
    • Perform other duties and support global team as needed

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • North America based position; work model flexible depending on hiring location,i.e.remote-from-home, hybrid
    • Good verbal and written English skills
    • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in benefits
    • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
    • Familiarity with global benefit practices and regulations
    • Experience in implementation, monitoring, and managing various benefits programs in multiple countries/locations
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple activities
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, data analysis and administrative skills
    • Experience managing brokers, consultants and vendors as well as development of internal key stakeholder relationships to deliver an overall program strategy and delivery of benefits
