The key accountabilities are to provide support and assistance to the Managing Director and his / her direct reports in the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities.
Ø To provide leadership and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, encompassing with talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, manpower planning, training and development and employee relations across the operations in the Shared Service Center.
Ø Supervises a team of HR administrative service representatives and manages the day-to-day backend HR administrative based work for the agency to excellence through partnership, provide an efficient service and promote a positive working atmosphere to the agency business.
Ø To act as a business partner to develop and execute effective human resources strategies and implement initiatives to build efficiency and a high-performance organisation to achieve business goals.
Ø To review and revise, where relevant, policies & procedures in compliance with new or changing legislation in the jurisdictions. Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Ø Design and develop HR objective to align with overall business strategy and business operations target position
Ø To coordinate Performance Management Processes and ad-hoc promotion cycle for all teams under direction of MD.
Ø To provide support, coached and training to the Management and staff on employee relationship and IR matters.
Ø To identify potential areas of improvement and recommend solution to the MD / key stakeholder at the agency and contribute to the refinement of service level agreement and operating level agreements for the services provided.
Ø To oversee the general office administration services to ensure efficiency of operations.
