The ideal candidate will be a U.S. citizen, eligible for security clearance, and hold a Bachelor's Degree. They should have significant experience in business development and capture management, particularly within international markets.
A proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities is crucial, with a history of leading and winning major service contracts worth more than $50 million.
Experience in capture management for Federal agencies like DHS, DoD, DOE, DOJ, or DOS, and managing B&P budgets is vital. Additionally, excellent business writing skills for a range of content are necessary.
