Position overview:

This position supervises inventory throughout the warehouse from incoming to outgoing as it pertains to system accuracy.

Main responsibilities:

• Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.

• Identify and resolve incorrect descriptions, bin locations and stock numbers.

• Locates items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors.
• Ensures Inventory is processed through the system accurately and timely.
• Works with other departments to ensures Inventory is processed accurately
• Review Inventory reports and addresses issues timely.
• Manages Daily Cycle Count Program to ensure counts are completed accurately and on time.
• Reviews Top Customer Overages/Shortages to ensure proper allocation of inventory.

• Communicates with Operations Manager as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.

• Ensures Inventory KPIs are met daily/weekly/monthly.
• Manages floor associates as assigned.

• Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years relevant warehouse experience required.
• 2-5 years management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to adjust schedule to meet the demands of the business.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software
• Ability to operate forklift, reach and cherry picker equipment preferred.
