Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in computer systems, and possess exceptional organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Type and transcribe documents as needed
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
