    Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
    • 3 years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
    • Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention 
    • Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
    • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
    • Yardi experience is preferred 
    Compensation and Benefits Available:
    • Competitive pay up to $21.00 an hour
    • ALL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal and $75/Rental
