IRA Specialist develops IRA rate sheets and prepares transfers, distributions, rollovers, conversions, death claims, and closures in accordance with government regulations and bank policies. Maintains retirement records and is responsible for current and proper financial statements and reports. Being an IRA Specialist utilizes database or system to process transactions and retrieve information. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, IRA Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IRA Specialist works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. This position is primarily responsible for support and maintenance of Ira Green IT Infrastructure including endpoints, servers, network and mobile.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for users
o Experience supporting Windows Desktops and Servers, IOS
o Knowledge of TCP\IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Office 365
o Network Firewall experience
o Intel based desktop, laptop printers and mobile devices
o Experience with industrial equipment experience a plus
o Must be able to independently resolve a wide variety of technical issues using current job knowledge and using research and external resources.
o EDI Experience is an advantage.
