Women’s Health CT is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one of our fast paced OB/GYN practices.

Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Specialist in Women's Healthcare

Employment: Full-time, 32 hours per week
Schedule: Monday- Friday

Position Summary: As an LPN with Women’s Health CT, you will deliver the highest quality patient care.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments.
• Triage patient phone calls.
• Administer prescribed patient’s medication, treatments and therapies according to physician’s orders.
• Coordinate care plans.
• Support the Provider team, as needed
• Maintain a clear communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team.
• Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

Skills/qualifications:

• Current state issued LPN license.
• 2-3years of Women's Health- Ob/Gyn experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 1-2 years of Triage or Tele-health experience.
• Out-patient, ER/Urgent Care environment, is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
• Goal oriented and a team player.
• Patient and Customer service focused.
