    We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an IT Asset Management Assistant to join the Firm’s Finance team in Parsippany, NJ.

    YOUR TEAM.

    This position is a part of the Finance team and works in close collaboration the IT team in Parsippany (CDC Equipment Depot team); The role reports directly to the IT Asset Managers and will be closely guided by the IT Asset Management Coordinator in Parsippany.

    YOUR ROLE.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Receive incoming IT Assets: unpack boxes, fill out documentation; Check the assets back into the system; move assets to the correct storage area.
    • Assist with weekly and month stock counts and scans
    • Assist with rearrangement and organization of storerooms

    YOUR EXPERIENCE.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Entry level proficiency with Excel and Word
    • A strong working knowledge of Outlook
    • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
    • Display initiative and self-direction
    • Can pivot quickly (mentally and technically) when tasks or projects change focus

    Additional Requirements:

    • This is an on-site role based in Parsippany NJ
    • A consistent schedule of specific days and hours each week will be set
    • This is an active role but will involve some desk work
    • Must be able to lift and move boxes of up to 25lbs
