Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leaders to swiftly fill critical positions.
Mediate discussions between employees and managers.
Act as a liaison with our PEO.
Oversee all HR-related activities ensuring accuracy and compliance on all payroll and policy related matters
Daily and Monthly Tasks:
Handle internal and external HR matters.
Contribute to crafting organizational guidelines.
Devise strategies and activities to engage employees and improve employee experience
Lead recruitment process, conducting checks, and managing contracts.
Investigate and address employee concerns.
Support employee development initiatives and compliance on periodic performance management
Conduct orientations and maintain employee records.
Manage the employee database and generate reports.
Prepare and submit reports on HR activities.
Assist in budget oversight and accurate attendance and payroll management.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
4 years of experience as an HR coordinator.
Proficiency in Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Strong HR administration and people management
