IT Procurement Administrator administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function. Prepares RFI's and RFP's based on stakeholder and company requirements. Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Our IT Endpoint Administrator is responsible for daily IT operational needs on the user endpoints. They support our clients by understanding their network and systems’ needs before implementation and will be working towards managing and maintaining systems. The Endpoint Admin supports hardware, software, SaaS, and related wireless/VPN technologies.
Job Knowledge & Qualifications
Candidates will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and assisting end users with required equipment such as; laptops, printers, smart phones and tablets. The successful candidate will have experience with or a willingness to learn the following software technologies: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Powershell, Azure / Entra ID Administration, Active Directory, M365 Admin, Microsoft Windows Desktop OS Admin, Apple iOS Admin via Microsoft Intune, General Understanding of Networking, Subnetting, VLAN and SharePoint. Top candidates will also have some knowledge of Power Platform, Powershell, and Ubiquiti Unifi.
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
· Set up and troubleshoot mobile devices
· Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
· Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
· Document support activities and resolutions in ticketing system
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical problems
· Diligence in reviewing and following internal processes and documentation
· Critical Thinker and able to drive results
· Take part in companywide projects (system upgrades, security rollouts)
· Test and qualify new hardware/software for the company
· Conduct inventory management and control for workstations and endpoints
· Administer patch management systems, including those integrated with Azure services and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
· Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues efficiently.
· Must be able to work independently and proactively identify issues
· Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software stability and reliability.
· Completion of a yearly training plan and or certifications as required.

Qualifications and Skills
· 2 years of IT support experience
· Proficient with Microsoft 365 administration
· Expertise in deploying and supporting desktops/laptops, phone systems, and various mobile devices
· PowerShell scripting experience is preferred
· CompTIA A and Network is preferred
