Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior IT Product Analyst with expertise in project financials to collaborate with our business Product Owner on enhancing our front office technical tools, focusing on the Procurement and Incentives program within the WorkSight platform. You will oversee the delivery of features related to Materials & Procurement, collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers. As the IT leader in this domain, you will oversee the delivery of features and capabilities related to Materials & Procurement, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. You will also ensure the seamless integration of data for incentive payments with our partner systems. Responsibilities include providing a technical roadmap, participating in Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP), managing development delivery, and ensuring application stabilization and support.

Base Compensation Range is $88,000 to $186,000 annually. Total compensation for this role will include an Incentive/Bonus plan.
