This position requires a proactive individual keen on delivering high-quality work and exceptional service in a team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, especially those related to Microsoft Entra and related Microsoft security products. Administration for the management and security of our Apple device infrastructure using JAMF. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple devices and JAMF Pro software. Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Apple technology in the workplace. Stay updated with the latest updates from Apple and JAMF to ensure the environment utilizes the most current features and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD, and Office 365. Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans. Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies that might benefit the organization. Research, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions to support evolving business requirements. Create and rigorously maintain documentation for all processes and procedures. Provide Tier II technical support to IT Analysts. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 emergency support. DUCATION: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. EXPERIENCE: 3 years relevant experience SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Familiarity with administering Microsoft Entra, which includes conditional access, identity protection, and privileged identity management. Familiarity with application packaging and company portal. Familiarity with SSO, SAML, and SCIM principals. Knowledge of Windows Server environments, Azure AD, the use of JAMF for managing Apple devices. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender 365 and its administration. Understanding of network operations, cloud infrastructure, and security principles. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure and emergencies. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in IT operations and security.
