Project Turnabout is looking for Drivers/Transportation Aides to transport patients to in-town and out of town appointments, airport pick-ups, etc. Short and long drives available. There is no schedule required for this position, pick up transportation when you are able!

As a Driver/Transportation Aide, you will be essential in providing safe and reliable transportation services to our clients. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, your core skills in driving and customer service will ensure a positive experience for passengers. With premium skills in shuttle driving and delivery, along with relevant experience in commercial and paratransit driving, you will effectively meet diverse transportation needs. Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers and goods to designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch to ensure timely arrivals.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Assist with heavy lifting and secure cargo as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.22 per hour

Schedule:

• On call
• Weekends as needed
