RESPONSIBILITIES- Finding and developing suitable candidates by networking, cold contacting, working with our huge database already in place, and making use of website tools to generate new opportunities.
- Securing top-tier tech talent for contract and permanent roles with nexus IT group’s clients through sourcing, recruiting, vetting, and placement.
- Monitoring the industry's pulse to spot opportunities, problems, strategies, and trends that can help organizations stay on the cutting edge.
