IT Service Desk Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Service Desk Technician to join their team!
This is an entry-level role that offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT support. The IT Service Desk Technician will provide essential first-line support for all IT-related issues, responding to service desk calls and ensuring prompt resolution or escalation.
Responsibilities:- Provide 1st level support for incoming calls, emails, and messages
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, actions, and resolutions
- Up to 1 year help desk or related experience
- Familiarity with Active Directory and mobile devices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A Certification
- Previous experience with ServiceNow
- Degree in Information Systems or related
