Roles and Responsibilities

As a Level 1 IT Technician at BTS, your roles will include:

• Providing high-quality technical customer support
• Spending time at client sites as well as in the office
• Being on call one week per quarter
• Troubleshooting Windows desktop issues
• PC setup and deployment
• Supporting Windows Server: user additions, password changes, etc.
• Troubleshooting server applications (vendor management)
• Managing file share permissions
• Performing basic O365 administration
• Upgrading and installing server applications
• Administering Active Directory
• Installing server hardware
• Troubleshooting wireless issues
• Resolving email issues
• Coordinating vendor support

Qualifications

• Experience in a managed service environment is a plus
• 1-3 years of direct work experience in IT support
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
