We offer support, managed services, network management, hardware, software, and cloud services for small to medium-sized businesses in the Birmingham, AL metro area. Our office is conveniently located in Hoover, just off I-459.

    Primary Duties Include:

    • Start your day at the office to receive your assignments.
    • Travel to client locations or provide remote support to diagnose and resolve IT issues (company vehicle and phone provided).
    • Set up new computers, including hardware installation and basic software configuration.
    • Perform virus and malware scans, removals, and system clean-ups to ensure optimal performance.
    • Track time worked on tickets and document all work performed.
    • Handle tickets, remote support, and other assigned tasks.
    • Provide basic support for Windows, hardware, applications, and general networking issues.
    • Manage time effectively and proactively seek help when needed.
    • Respond quickly to problems and demonstrate skillful problem-solving, even when the answer isn’t immediately known.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and clear communication.

    Software/Product Knowledge Requirements:

    • Windows Desktop Operating Systems (7 through 11)
    • Basic understanding of Microsoft Server environments
    • Antivirus and malware removal tools
    • Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, etc.)

    Qualifications:

    • 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT support or related field experience.
    • Basic certifications (CompTIA A , Network , etc.) are a plus.
    • Must be able to commute daily to our office in Hoover, Alabama (valid driver’s license required).
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
    • Good communication and basic troubleshooting skills.
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
