IT Vendor Relationship Director designs and implements the organization's strategic technology vendor management program to meet company needs and comply with required quality standards. Selects providers and oversees procurement of IT products and services to monitor and maintain operational costs and budgets. Being an IT Vendor Relationship Director administers the request for proposals process to vet the reputation and quality of vendor products. Negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are clearly defined. Additionally, IT Vendor Relationship Director works closely with managers and teams to monitor, maintain, and improve existing vendor relationships. Conducts regular business reviews to ensure compliance with company expectations, review issues, and develop solutions. May require experience with software licensing and hardware procurement. Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Typically reports to top management. The IT Vendor Relationship Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an IT Vendor Relationship Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Description

    Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel.

    Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.

    They are also responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and / or closing the branch.

    This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

    You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • One to three years of customer service experience
    • One to three years of sales experience

    • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
    • Ability to affectively engage and communicate with clients
    • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    • Basic knowledge of all retail products and services
    • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Effective selling and referral skills
    • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in the financial services industry preferred

    Client Relationship Consultant 2

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Three to four years of customer service experience
    • Three to four years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills / Experience

    • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
    • Ability to affectively engage and communicate with clients
    • Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    • Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
    • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in participating in sales campaigns / promotions
    • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
    • Experience assisting less experienced personnel

    Client Relationship Consultant 3

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Four to five years of customer service experience
    • Four to five years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills / Experience

    • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
    • Ability to affectively engage and communicate with clients
    • Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    • Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
    • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in participating in sales campaigns / promotions
    • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred

    Client Relationship Consultant 4

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Five or more years of customer service experience
    • Five or more years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills / Experience

    • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
    • Ability to affectively engage and communicate with clients
    • Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    • Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
    • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in participating in sales campaigns / promotions
    • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred
