We are seeking a talented project Manager to join our team of professionals. This interictal position is responsible for the successful outcome of projects from the point of sale through completion. Priorities include excellent customer communication, managing contracts, documents, change orders, schedules, and budgets. The idea candidate must be highly organized, fiscally responsible, and an excellent communicator. Our first preference is an individual who can work a hybrid schedule in our Tampa FL or Franklin WI office, but we will consider a remote option for right candidate.

Job Purpose or Summary:
A Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects and their project teams from proposal development to project closure. This position requires skilled planning and the ability to communicate clearly across a team of varied technical practices. Projects are not successfully completed by individuals, but rather by an entire team working together – collaboration is key to our success. Project Managers are the core of our project teams, and the conduit of communication between us and our customers. To enable these channels of communication, our Project Managers exhibit a broad range of technical competence combined with a core understanding of Project Management principles.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of projects and project teams from proposal development to project closure
- Direct project team for successful completion of project deliverables and encourage their development through positive feedback and support.
- Direct integration of project team technical knowledge across multiple disciplines allows for the creation of successful and complete deliverables.
- Communicate customer requirements to project team to clearly define scope of work.
- Promote a culture of quality within your project team, ensuring process verification and deliverable validation throughout the project life cycle.
- Compile and maintain on a regular basis technical cost estimates created by project team to develop and formalize project budgets and proposals.
- Work with project team to identify project risks and develop plans for mitigation and exploitation to advance project success.
- Broadly provide consultation to project team in technical disciplines, utilizing expert knowledge.
- Capability to direct the project team – understand their requirements, obstacles, and help devise resolutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree within an Engineering Discipline. Recognized Project Management Certification.
Experience/Training: 5 years managing Project Activities and/or Project Teams. External process/engineering knowledge in our industry.
