We are looking for someone that would like to join our dynamic and collaborative team as our Account Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

NEW ACCOUNT SET-UP

• Works closely with the Director of Sales to ensure new accounts are set up properly

NEW ACCOUNT TRAINING

• Responsible for ensuring new accounts are fully trained on all aspects of the Six Degrees program.

On-GOING ACCOUNT SUPPORT

• Responsible for performing regularly scheduled visits, overseeing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth
• Implement strategies to grow business within existing accounts by establishing relationships with owners, managers, barista’ s.

SALES SUPPORT

• Works collaboratively with the sales team to support sales efforts, including tastings and supporting customer events
• Assist with introducing new products, making improvements in quality within accounts, and collaborating on recipe development

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about Specialty Coffee
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate, present & influence effectively
• Excellent time management skills & ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Flexibility to work weekends and events, as needed
• Clean driving record
