Job Description
Assistant Manager
Janitorial Experience Required
(transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations)
The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.
Duties of the position include:- Planning and preparing team work schedules
- Implementing 4M standards
- Resolving client issues
- Maintaining accurate records
- Promoting and maintain a safe work environment
Some supervisory experience is preferred and we will train you on our proven processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. This can be more than a job, this could be a career. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 37.83 square miles (97.98 km2), of which 36.06 square miles (93.39 km2) is land and 1.77 square miles (4.58 km2) is water.
