The Manager Labor Relations is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and guidance for the Labor Relations function, to all union locations in the United States. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading Eaton’s Union Avoidance programs, including Site Assessments, Front Line Leader Training, Positive Employee Relations, etc. The role will encompass advising on complex employee relations cases and advising internal HR COEs on employee relations and compliance matters.
