Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of geometry, CAD software, and surveying equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries using GPS, robotics, and other surveying equipment
- Prepare accurate and detailed survey reports
-Prepare 3D modeling
-Load onsite heavy equipment with necessary gps and as-builts
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey data for project planning and design
- Utilize CAD software to create and update survey drawings
- Analyze survey data and make recommendations based on findings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and surveying principles
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience using GPS and robotics for surveying purposes
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
