  • Phoenix Landscape is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Branch Manager to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the overall financial performance and field operations at their assigned location. The successful candidate will ensure that their branch operates in accordance with our customer service ideals, quality standards, and contract protocol. Yard-Nique Inc. Family of Companies, of which Phoenix is a part, is a leading company in the landscaping industry, known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Work directly with the Regional Manager to ensure that all objectives for the branch are being measured, tracked, and obtained based on the overall goals of the company.
    • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the annual budget for the branch to make appropriate business decisions.
    • Develop proficiency in Aspire to monitor your branch's overall performance measures on a daily basis and make adjustments/corrections with your team as needed.
    • Coordinate with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure all account managers are aware of their annual enhancement sales goals.
    • Lead and develop the team of account managers at the branch through continual coaching, long-term goal/project planning, and personal development.
    • Attend monthly landscape committee/board meetings with your account management team to ensure client satisfaction/retention.
    • Work with the regional Aspire manager to ensure that all new crew leaders and managers have received the appropriate Aspire training within 30 days of hire.
    • Monitor the approved staffing plan for your branch weekly and work with HR and your regional admin team to ensure we are always staying ahead of the curve with local workers, h2b applications, and temporary workers.
    • Work with the business development team on procuring new leads for growth, approving the contracts in Aspire before they are sent out, and facilitating the renewal process for all maintenance contracts at the appropriate renewal time.
    • Assign leadership responsibilities within the branch to account managers to help oversee and facilitate the branch safety training program, and fleet management tasks.
    • Work with the account managers and admin team to ensure accounts receivable for your branch stays within the targeted timeframes.
    • Continue to build relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure we are receiving consistent pricing, and monitor their performance so our team can deliver the best results to our clients.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Experience with ERP software
    • Experience with implementation and training employees
    • Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget while achieving performance milestones
    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
    • Experience with developing SOP
    • Process design & documentation skills
    • Adaptability and sound judgment when faced with multiple, competing priorities
    • Ability to resolve problems with a strong sense of urgency and collaboration
    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    Work Environment

    This position is predominantly in an office setting. Fieldwork, while atypical, may be required. Out of town travel to other branches, industry conferences, training seminars will be expected.
