Seeking an individual to join our Janitorial Maintenance Team with a solid background and work history. This person needs to be detail driven, a good communicator, have a flexible schedule. Must possess a positive "Can Do!" attitude and is able to interact well with upper Management, staff, and diverse personalities.

Proactive at anticipating, planning, engaging in the areas of Preventative Maintenance.

Maintain, repair, & clean mechanical equipment/areas; as well as maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Have the ability to troubleshoot, both working alone and as part of a team. Take direction and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of operation are well kept free of debris
• Clean and Maintain Restrooms, Kitchen, Common work areas
• Clean and stock designated areas with required supplies
• Sweep/Dust 
• Take trash out to larger dumpsters
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform minor repairs if needed
• Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs need to take place

Qualifications

• Previous experience REQUIRED
• General knowledge of repair and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Ability to work well with limited supervision
