Lawn Service Manager manages the daily activities of workers engaged in pruning trees and shrubs, cultivating lawns, and applying pesticides and other chemicals according to service contract specifications. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the unit. Being a Lawn Service Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of nonexempt employees. Additionally, Lawn Service Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager. We are looking for a full-time Irrigation Service Technician to work from our Merrill, WI location throughout central and northern Wisconsin who have experience in:
- Industry and irrigation work experience
- Mobile service technician work experience
- Diagnose problems and make repairs to irrigation systems
- Committed to deliver high quality customer service
- Good driving record
- Electrical knowledge
Applicants Must:
- have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- be available to work Monday through Friday and overtime hours from April through November
- be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
- be committed to customer service, respectful and willing to share information among team members.
- be able to operate electronic devices to log daily work order information and complete daily paperwork
- perform daily work in a high quality, repsonsible, dependable and safe manner
- willingness to learn new industry information and complete continuing education and in-house training
