Arcadia Development Co is hiring a Commercial Properties Lease Administrator. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Lease Administrator is responsible for managing executed commercial property leases to ensure proper setup for payment and maintenance throughout the life cycle of the lease.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is expected to be $30.00 to $38.50 per hour, plus an annual discretionary bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
